Greg Brown leads strategy and operations for HCSC’s Customer Service organization, which includes member services, payment services, provider services, enrollment, and implementation.

Greg has extensive experience leading transformational change while running large-scale contact center and back-office operations. Before joining HCSC, he worked for The Hartford Financial Services Group and GE Capital. Greg has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas and an MBA from Boston University. He is certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt.
