Supreme Court Upholds Affordable Care Act

The Supreme Court of the United States recently ruled that the Affordable Care Act is constitutional.

A federal law passed in 2010, the Affordable Care Act establishes new standards for insurance coverage.  It includes provisions that take effect between March 23, 2010 and 2018.
